A vampire 'dies' when they get exposed to the sun or haven't fed on enough blood.

Proudly proclaiming they were made from the earth itself, dwarves share many qualities with the rock they love. They are strong, hardy, and dependable. They value their ancestral traditions, which they preserve as fiercely as they defend the carved structures of their mountain homes.

Goblin
In common parlance, “Goblin” refers to a specific sort of small, ill-tempered humanoid, but the word also refers to related beings of various sizes, such as bugbears and hobgoblins. Goblins are as prolific as humankind, but as a people, they’re less creative and more prone to warlike behavior.
Most goblins live in the wild places of the world, often underground, but they stay close enough to other humanoid settlements to prey on trade caravans and unwary travelers. Goblins form tribes, each ruled by a chieftain. The chieftain is usually the strongest member of the tribe, though some chieftains rely on guile more than martial strength.

A typical dragonborn’s scales can be scarlet, gold, rust, ocher, bronze, or brown. Rarely do an individual’s scales match the hue of a chromatic or metallic dragon, and scale color gives no indication of the type of breath weapon a dragonborn uses. Most dragonborn have very fine scales over most of their body, giving their skin a leathery texture, with regions of larger scales on the forearms, lower legs and feet, shoulders, and thighs.
Young dragonborn grow faster than human children do. They walk hours after hatching, reach the size and development of a 10-year-old human child by the age of 3 and reach adulthood by 15. They live about as long as humans do.

Harnessing the power of the mind and the soul. Centuries later, the githzerai remain in such locations, leading disciplined lives and observing their surroundings to determine their place in the universe.
Characterized by spare frames and an exotic appearance, githzerai are taller than humans and slender to the point ofbeing gaunt. Their skin tends toward yellow tones, occasionally shading into brown or green. They have distinctive angular features and pointed ears, as well as eyes set in deep sockets and flattened noses set high on their faces.
Male githzerai usually keep their heads shaved or tonsured and braided, and they grow controlled facial hair. A typical style is a shaved pate with a long braid trailing from the back ofthe head. Females wear their long hair close to the head in braids or tight buns. Githzerai hair is typically russet, but black and gray sometimes occur.

Angels/Guardian Angels/Fallen Angels
Angels are the creations of Boccob and Wee Jas, as a way to combat the growing evil in Eld. They have large feathered wings sprouting out from their back. Holy creatures, they were created for a single purpose: good. There are two types of Angels, Warrior Angels and Wise Angels. Wise Angels may appear before leaders and such and offer guidance, whereas Warrior Angels are on the front lines of battles, leading and fighting alongside the mortals.
Guardian Angels are the keepers of the peace and protectors of Arathros. They are usually heavily armored, and most of them have wings much different from normal. They usually have ethereal wings, and can be recognized easily due to their wings and hooded appearances.
An Angel may become a Fallen Angel if infused with demonic energy, an event that so far has only happened to Warrior Angels foolish enough to travel into the Lolth Realm. When an Angel Falls, their skin turns ashen, and their wings turn black as coal. The more powerful Fallen Angels even get wings that are set ablaze with blue or orange fire.

They have pointed ears and are fairly tall in height. They have long, slender bodies and consider themselves the fairest creatures in the world, and are the oldest living species in the land. They are the best archers in the land, but are also superb craftsmen.

The githzerai are descended from an ancient race once held in thrall by mind Flayer overlords. After the bloody uprising that won these people their freedom, ideological differences split them into two races: the githzerai and the githyanki. The githzerai rejected the cruel warmongering of the githyanki and withdrew to the Elemental Chaos and to remote locations in the world to follow a path of self-reflection.
The githzerai commitment to asceticism means that individuals generally disdain displays of wealth. Their clothing is practical. simple in design, and accentuated only by simple jewelry. They indulge their artistic nature through body painting or tattoos. Even these expressions incorporate a functional purpose: Tattoos serve as identifiers, helping githzerai recognize the tradition and location from which a fellow githzerai hails.
Githzerai live about as long as humans.

Contrary to popular belief, an angel may have more than one pair of wings. Depending on their power, an Angel can have up to six wings.
*NOTE: Angels can only be Paladins or Clerics! Fallen Angels cannot be Clerics!*

Mermaid
Mermaids are also known as merfolk or merpeople. Often beautiful and alluring, they are human-fish hybrids; their upper half being woman and their lower halves being fish. Their looks and long flowing hair often trick people into thinking they are of innocence. Despite this, mermaids are quite dangerous. They will do anything to protect their home and they diet on dragging hopeless men to the bottom of the sea before devouring them alive.
The only people who have lived past seeing mermaids say the only way to draw a mermaid to the surface is by man-made light and singing.
Contrary to popular myth, Mermaids can go up on land, using their magic to transform into humans. They need, however, to go back to the water within 24 hours, or they will dry up and die.
